We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. To facilitate an exchange or store credit, please initiate your request via email to info@midasjoyeria.com within seven (3) days following the receipt of the item. For exchange or store credit, the following conditions apply:
The request must be accompanied by the original packaging (boxes, bags, or other), the purchase receipt, and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange or store credit request.
All exchange or store credit requests must be initiated within seven (3) days of receiving the item.
